I intend to enroll my child in the Academy of Advanced Learning (The Academy), which is a public, tuition free, K-8 charter school in Aurora, CO. [The school will start with grades K-6 in August 2017.].

I understand that submitting this form does not guarantee my child enrollment at the Academy, nor does it obligate me to enroll my child. If the Academy is overfilled at any grade level, a lottery will be held to determine which students are granted enrollment.

I give the Academy permission to contact me in the future about school programs and enrollment.
